After decades of working in consulting business Civil eng. Ahti Rantonen and Architect Taina Silmujärvi decided to start new business idea. Our aim is to help customers to develop their business in first phases of real estate development.
Our strong experience accelerated a new idea to generate wide range of solutions in your challenges within reasonable time and cost.
With a solid background in executive roles across FMC Group, Vahanen, Sweco and AFRY Finland, Ahti Rantonen has led business units, developed competencies and elevated quality standards. His strong communication skills and structural engineering expertise form the foundation of his leadership approach.
Taina Silmujärvi is a seasoned architect with broad experience in responsible design. She has worked in leading studios—LMA, ADT and HL Architects—and contributed to major projects including the Lusto Finnish Forest Museum, Kuopio Museum and the Pisara Töölö station.
